Hi,

I have been going thru this for the last 4 years. I have tried all different herbs and nothing helps. I don't know what to do either but just go through it. I tell people what I am going through so they don't get upset or worry. I hate it. I tried antidepressants and that was a mistake as they didn't help at all.
