Hi PeggySue! I water fasted for 8 days, ate for 6 days and now I am Water Fasting for 7 days! Last time I had crazy nausea and so I broke my fast early (I had planned 21 days), in an other post you mentioned that you don't have the willpower to fast for very long periods of time and I think I don't either. I also have a few social events this month so I can't fast for more than a week at the time. Fasting is definitely teaching me self control so I am enjoying it :)

How is your day going? How do you control what you eat between 2 fast? I ate so much during the 6 days I wasn't fasting!!! :/
