Water,
thanks for your answer!
And I think you're absolutely right. As long as we get out all the bad stuff (cleansing) and put in the good stuff (nourishing) and do all the other things (sunlight, barefooting, etc.)that healers like Gerson/Schulze/Christopher have proven a thousand time to work, it doesn't matter at all what we are dealing with. We only need to trust those protocols and do them correctly and the body will do the healing.
And that's also what I said in my last post. I'm not talking about this approach: "We need to diagnose exactly what is going on in the body so we can exclusively address that particular problem /organ". We all know that this is at best only a treatment of symptoms, but can never achieve true healing.
What I was talking about is the following: At the basis we have the all important cleansing, nourishing and other elements of Schulze's,Gerson's etc. protocols. - And those are THE MOST IMPORTANT steps towards true healing. But as I was wondering in my last post (because I don't know myself, I was asking the forum), is it not sometimes either ESSENTIAL or at least very helpful (in terms of faster or more profound healing) to adress specific organs additionally (most often probably with herbs other times with therapies like hot/cold contrast therapy, etc.) to the basics?
Is it not true (again: I am really asking the forum; I don't have a clue myself) that everyone of us has one or more organs/systems/etc. that are far more compromised than others? Sure i understand all the organs depend on one another and if one is in a bad condition it will have a bad influence on other organs. But aren't there differences? Is is not true that a person's thyroid could be doing pretty good whereas the liver is in quite a bad state? And (theoretically) if we had a method and an able practitioner (of Iridiology, etc.) that is actually able to determine which of our organs/systems are the worst, would that not be helpful for us in natural healing? So if for whatever reason the spleen is in a particularly bad situation we could ON TOP OF THE BASICS chose herbs/therapies that adress specially the health of the spleen?
Water, I think you did understand what I was trying to say in my original post and answered accordingly. I just wrote this, in case my original post was confusing. So if I understand you correctly, even if we had the chance to find out, which of our organs/ systems are especially compromised it would not be of much help because all we need to do is do the basics thoroughly and everything will take care of itself.
Just to sum up my questions:
1) Do we have organs/system that are in worse/better health than other organs/systems?
2)How important is it to specifically adress these organs (with the according herbs/therapies) ON TOP OF the basics?
3) If it is important to adress certain organs specifically, how do we best find out which organs we are talking about?
I am sorry, if I am sounding theoretic or scientific. - But my concerns are are actually of very practical nature. All I want to know is, how important it is to find out what organs/systems are especially involved and if it is important how we go about it. When I talked about diagnosis it does sound very mainstream-medicine-like and that's not what I wanted. I just did not find a better term.
Ok, Waters, thank you again and I hope that I/We all will find out more about this topic so that in the end everyone of us has the best knowledge in order to get healthy.
Many healthy greetings,
Solmare
