i did a cleans on saterday, sunday i sat on the poddy all day (well, not aaall day).
around 2pm after about i stopeed passing stones and almost clear liquid was just commin out my colon. i fasted all day just having calcuim supplements mag 07 (oxogen supplement) and threelac. then around 6:30 after andre agassi beat one of the best tennis plaers i the world, i got the notion to ozonate some olive oil in a tall shot glass. has 3 shots. maybe 4 tbs total. then at about 8:00 after have digested this so badly, (almost fell asleep a couple times), i went to the poddy again and it felt something lumpy come out, said to my self, there is nothing to come out. sure enough i got about 30 stones out.

no grapre fruit, no ES, no Black-Walnut .

i beleive now that if your starve your liver of fats and protein, it will build pressure. i havent experimented with other fats for the cleanse but im sure i will im my life time. but i did bacisally fast for about 2 days so that prolly helped it work. i absoutly hate ES so i will do most of my cleanses with out it and once a year use the ES. that stuff dehydrates my cells like nothiung else i consume so, i dont see how its healthy.

just wanted to share. oh, and i will remind you this was not at bed time. i just say on my couch for prolly 30 min after i took the oil.
