i dont think i could exercise in the morning, i feel too unwell and my heart rate goes sky high and i can breath when i do anything in the morning. Today i went on the tread mill in the afternoon when i usually feel a little better. I will try to make this a regular thing. I only fast walked for 15 minutes but that was enough to start.
