 Is there any other way to take these powders besides in capsules? I do not tolerate pills well. How about mixing it in a drink? How much could you put in a drink if one can take it that way?

Mixing them in apple sauce works the best.  The powders will float on top of water or most juices.  And it takes a while to waterlog.  So something thick like apple sauce or a nectar will work better.  

How about putting the eucalyptus oil under the tongue and then swallowing? What do you think about these alternative ways for people who have problems swallowing capsules? Thanks.

Putting the oil under the tongue is going to be irritating.  You can mix the oil in a a little honey to make it easier to get down.
