Hey CS, I'm not sure about anyone deleting your links. If you will look down at your post...." take no thought for what you eat" I see both your link and my link and they are both links on spirituality/health.

Also, I don't recall answering to a title called "hi refreshed" Is there a reason why you changed your original post? That is sort of frowned on around here. You are new and perhaps people will not hold it against you but then again......I'm just giving you a friendly suggestion.
