 I love drinking water and milk kefir all the time. I've been drinking it all day even with meals and now my stomach is as big and hard as a basketball. I was hoping I would be able to drink water kefir like soda with meals. Is that possible?

Could it be from candida in my gut?

If the swelling of the stomach is from gas then it would be from the fermentation of the sugars still in the kefir when you drink it.
