Sounds like a great alternative, that ES just about killed me my first flush. My second is coming up this weekend. Have a few questions though:

1) On this method, can I still eat until 2pm the day of the flush as long as I don't eat after?

2) Can I use organic apple juice all day before my flush, as I don't have a juicer yet, and I don't want to delay my flush until I can buy one?

3) How many ounces of apple juice are you suggesting?
