As you probably know, I am a heavy duty juice faster. I cannot imagine doing veggie juices would be any problem--the object is to drink as much apple juice as possible, but otherwise... juice away! You can also get the malic acid in cap form if you prefer, and fast any way you like. Don't forget to drink lots of fresh parsley tea for those kidneys!!
