Good to hear! I have been using magnesium citrate to flush but that is also too harsh for my kidneys. I have put off flushing again because of the kidney pain after my last flush but I will try it Julia Chang's way this time. I have been drinking more apple juice lately. The only stumbling block for me is fasting on just apple juice - I find it very difficult to do without food. I may add in some veggie juice to keep me going.
