Any cleanse can do wonders. Some do one Liver Flush and heal themselves. There really is no answer to your question, but if you are underweight like me. you can always try a short fast of 5 day's. From what i am reading i think it will benefit you very well, like it did with my psoriasis.

I once had indigestion and did a Liver Flush and the indigestion was gone forever. I got the indigestion because of too much food every hour.
