 I just started taking DMSA pills for my Hg Detox

Will Far Infrared sauna and epsom salt bath help or hurt me detox Hg

I doubt the FIR sauna will have any effect either way.  The Epsom salts can help since the magnesium will help displace mercury and the sulfur can help with binding.  But the Epsom salt is best taken in small amounts internally for this purpose.
