I would limit it to 1/2mg DMSA per pound. Although if you are tolerating 100mg just fine it MIGHT be ok. I would be very careful though... theres's no reason to go over 1/2mg per pound. Don't use the sauna. Cutler doesn't support infared saunas. Epsom Salt baths are fine Epsom Salts are just magnesium. It's not necessary unless you don't tolerate oral magnesium. Avoid the oxide form... citrate or aspartate are best. I'm not sure what you mean by "liver supporting herbs", milk thistle itself is just fine.
