Hello all. Thank you for reading this.

I experienced very bad tendonitis in my left hand two years ago for the first time, due to over-practicing piano/practicing in the cold. I am 23 years old, and a full-time classical pianist.

My left hand/wrist was fully immobilized with swelling&pain for a few weeks then, and I was diagnosed by a doctor as having RSI/tendonitis. She wasn't great help though.

The immobilization came again a couple of months later, when i began practicing to the same-ish level, though not in the cold.

I have almost continually experienced low-level pain, and a feeling of weakness, in my left baby finger ever since, ESPECIALLY during and after playing.

This fall I am due to begin studying piano intensively again. If the tendonitis were to re-occur, badly, this would be extremely stressful. I am open to all solutions.

I am going to begin a series of Liver Flushes this week, which I will continue to do regularly. I read that the tendons have a strong relationship to the liver. I also feel that daily bikram (hot) yoga classes will help a lot. I do eat a clean diet, but am open to more dietary suggestions. I had acupuncture at the time of immobilization, and it helped a lot, but I can't afford this regularly.

Any advice would be REALLY, REALLY appreciated. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING THIS! please respond with any ideas or advice!
