Is there something special about this specific carrier frequency?

The GB-4000 is a pad device that is mostly recommended for Lyme and they use 2.4 MHZ. It's above 1 MHZ so it makes sense. Their may be some reason they decided to use that frequency.

We mostly use a F165 on this forum. It's capable of doing the same thing. So if you're going to use the F165 as a pad device why not use it like a GB-4000 is typically used?
