Looks like you've done your research. I'd rather wait until MH can address your post.

As far as the names you mentioned, I've heard of a couple of them, but I'm not sure I'd take health advice from them. I always run it past my "internal radar" and intuition. If they're selling something, that's always a red flag.

I agree that our intentions and emotions affect everything.

All I know is that I feel a lot better since getting the mercury, root canals, and crowns out of my teeth, doing orange juice fasting, and throwing out all the bottles of supplements! I'm taking no drugs or supplements other than plant herbs of any kind, and loving it and I used to have a fridge full of bottles of supplements,
