I am Russian and as much of an alcoholic as the rest of us. I'm about to hit the 97 hour mark in my WF and I actually feel great. It took my till day 6 on the 8 day one I did last year to feel like this, but despite a few aches and minor discomfort, I'm doing just fine without food, booze(which I do enjoy greatly), and nicotine(which was my primary reason to fast). So hey. No vomitting so far, nor was there any last year, but my maximum aim this time is 21 days, so after day 8, I'll be in uncharted territory. We'll see how it goes.
