RyanD,

If you would like to illustrate exactly where I have expressed a "hate for meat eaters", and where I have tried to "bash others for their choices", or even my "offensive attacks", I would be very grateful.

Read this paragraph from my post very carefully to fully understand my position and point of view.......

"Further, you will not need to convince me of your meat-eating agenda, as that is your prerogative and democratic choice. This is also true for anyone else who chooses to adopt a Fruitarian or Herbivorous or Omnivorous existence. I also do not attempt to offer "Diktats" of any kind, but only present the information for anyone to arrive at an independent conclusion and opinion".

To reiterate...........
The discussion/debate only arose because of your reply/disagreement to my post of a study on gaining weight through eating meat.
I acted as the reporter of that study, and where you misconstrued this as an agenda of my own and an attack on meat-eating: which it was not meant to be.

In fact anyone is more likely to gain superfluous weight if they combine a predominantly protein food (of any kind, including meat) with a predominantly starchy-food at the same meal.................

Thank you.
