Right, all man-made minerals supplements are basically stones or metals that screw up the system: hardening the blood vessels, upsetting the electrolyte balance, inhibiting the actions of the certain enzymes, torturing the kidneys, and the list goes on. Basically if the form of the nutrients doesn’t exist in the nature we don’t need them. The body is designed to take all the minerals from foods, particularly from plants.
