Yes im taking magnesium and liver supporting herbs and Iodine. Im eating only organic foods. taking 1200mg of vit C every 3 hours and other vitimans

My pills came 4 days ago. I have 100mg every 3 hours. (every 4 hours at night) So far so good, I feel great. Im going to keep this dose and add the ALA next Month.

I have a Far Infrared Sauna . Will Far Infrared Sauna and Epsom Salt bath help or hurt me detox?
