You are so right , Water-D ! The fact was I wasnt neither physicly nor emotionally ready for any fast - had pretty messy week with bunch of stress,sleep deprivation etc...(ah, and, surprise birthday party from my buddies..that suppose to make me feel better but it didnt - it was just my day 2)..Totally wrong timing for a fast
I did sleep on my failure and frustration few nights and tomorrow is going to be Day 1 again ,LOL
How is the life after BIG 40 days fast ? Did you feel improvment in long term ? How did all refeeding go after all ? I hope you can share some of your experience of the changes .. I am thinking 10-15 days will be nothing for you nowdays, correct? Are you still going with 5 ? Couldnt believe you mentioned 5 days
