i had B12 but didn't follow blood tests while doing so.
it did give me more energy.
i was told in costa rica that i was being bit by mosquitos because i was B12 def.
now i believe it was the metals they liked.
so when i came back i loaded up on B12
it made me feel better but not sure on enzymes.
cant remember my #'s but they were only slightly over normal range.
when i can i'll do some more tests.
