Yes, I have done the entire cleanse - both the tablets + the fibre product - a number of years ago and it worked beautifully. It performed as advertised.

However, a few years ago, when menopause began, I became semi constipated in a chronic way and when I tried Holistic Horizons as a whole programme, it ceased to work very well. After trying this and that, I realized that I needed to work on my liver and found curezone. After a few flushes, bowel function is improved but not yet perfect. I definitely need more flushes, not more fiber.

If chronic constipation is not an issue, HH is the way to go. But if I had to do it again, I would likely use whole psyllium and not anything containing the husk.
