2000 PPM is rediculously high.  Besides, it isn't PPM that is important, it is total surface area, which is far greater with tiny nanometer and sub-nanometer particles than it is with inferior large particle high PPM products, such as the ones in the commercial link you provided.  Large particles may get trapped in the skin and other tissue, but they do not penetrate and reach problems nearly as well as the smaller particles do.
