Hi Folks,

I am new to the board. Please forgive me for my silly question. I would like to know if one can drink Epsom salt. I would like to start the Liver Flush tomorrow and my wife purchased a bottle of Epsom Salt and it states that it is for external use only. (Brand Rexall)
