I've been doing one coffee enema per day after my normal morning BM. I was considering doing more, but I don't want to become dependent on them. Before I started doing them, I was going 2-3 times a day. Now, only once not including the enema. Should I still consider doing the recommended (5?) enemas per day?

My condition is follicular thyroid tumor with a family history of thyroid cancer.
