Thanks Powertool sorry I would but I am soooo broke plus trying to help my son with nutrients and living on a real strict budget. I did take the PS last night and slept better but I am thinking of adding Asghawanda for adrenals mainly cause it is buy one get one free at swansons and a ton cheaper. Maybe I can take the PS here and there I have enough for a few months.

I notice I sleep better on nights I drink Kefir. Maybe the tryptophan in milk products as I dont drink milk itself. That and a bananana.
