It might be a bit late to respond to this because it's not on the last page, but I hope you 2 see it.

First, have been doing an Oxypowder Colon Cleanse and noticed just last evening that when I drank a glass of lemon water just before taking the Oxypowder pills I immediately felt the urge to eliminate, so maybe that will work for SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) :)

And to Somer, for your partner with heart trouble, have you tried Cayenne Tea? Its supposed to be excellent for people with heart problems. Here are 2 good links if you haven't heard this before. (I drink it because my mother had a triple-bypass and I figure it can't hurt, its not the best tasting but is definately drinkable -- easier than both ES and OO/G.)
