i started oil pulling with coconut oil yesterday. i did it first thing in the morning and a second time that evening. when i woke up this morning my throat felt "thick" slightly sore. i naturally worry about things and im concerned as to whether or not this is a part of the "healing crisis" ive heard about? also, in my research ive yet to read or find anyone that oil pulling has helped out with thyroid problems. i have a benign goiter that has gradually grown over the past 10 yrs. every doctor that ive seen wants me to have surgery to remove it. ive held out hoping to find an alternative option, if anyone has any suggestions or tips on any of my concerns feel free to respond. thanks
