The Handicaps of Natural Healing. "This is going to take some time, folks". We're not talking the medical here. We're talking getting to the bottom of why we're sick and cleaning out the whole body so disease or problems can't exist. Patience, time and work is what it takes. If you're getting symptoms like bloating, you have barely started on the problem. I can tell you with all honesty and assuredness that if you keep at this, you WILL get on top of it and get well. Keep going. ;-))) I started pretty much from the bottom. It's taken me almost 3 years to date, and I'm still working on things. Take a deep breath, think about it, get some more courage and more support, more necessary products, too, and just keep going. It works.
