I thought that I have read that if you drink when you are not thirsty you are putting unnecessary strain on your kidneys and also washing out necessary nutrients. What do you think about that? I am kind of scared to just go by thirst alone like I said, because I know too much about kidney perfusion, but on the other hand I want to do what's right for my body. Thoughts?
