Thanks braindamage!! I am finding myself transitioning to a fruitarian diet recently as well. I'm still not sure whether or not it's 100% the right thing to do yet, but I'm going to try it for a while anyway. I do think though that the body is smart enough to tell us what it needs if we will just listen. Those links from Mighty.Sun.Tzu are super interesting though if you're interested! :)
