How can you fast for soooooo long? Do you have to cook for others? I do and when I do, I have to cook regular food. My family will only eat sandwiches for so long before they revolt. I have explained that I want to fast and can they support me etc. but they always think I'm killing myself by not eating. I can usually last a few days, but then someone wants pizza or mexican food etc. and before long I'm lickin my chops and give in and eat something. And then I feel soooooo guilty.

What tips can you give? I need to do the 14 day OJ Fast.
