I've done humaworm's cleanse followed by my own blend with herbs from mountain rose (black walnut hull, wormwood, cloves, pumpkin seeds) which I took four times a day by the teaspoonful for two weeks. The only result was that I destroyed my intestinal flora and am now completely bloated and cannot digest food anymore. Oh, I zapped also.
I don't know if this was enough. What do you think? What do you use?
