My food passes relatively fast through first part of my digestive system(stomach, small intestines...). When it reaches ileum and colon it starts to irritate them (where are my general problems). I have crohn's disease and i'm absolutely sure that factor number one for that are heavy metals - mercury, lead and probably aluminum.

I have the same symptoms and vitamin C makes my food to pass faster through the colon and ileum where is the inflammation. It's like vit C stimulate the nerves and immunity and makes bowel to throw away the contents faster as it possible.
