Again, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I have a raft of green apples all ready to juice up. I have to agree, a clean colon has to ease the process.

Have you seen the sensiblehealth.com site? She suggests you can do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) substituting the juice of half a lemon for the salt. While I cannot imagine this would be as effective (it sounds too good to be true), I plan to try it!

She also suggests that unless you are a first flusher and need extra help, that you can flush very effectively without epsom. Have you done this? Particularly for my partner who is a heart patient, I like this idea.
