It is a coincidence, most had another layer of that energy give up over the last 24 hrs. All attached to either Lead, Hg or ALU...or a combination of all...

I know some of the Lead dumps and burned on Hg took as long as 40 minutes to get under control with the Doctrine.
However ALU was a known anchor so it had run for days...
