Hi,
I have come to the same conclusion, I have been following the Budwig diet for my colon cancer...it has stopped growing....now i shall be introducing the complimentary gerson therapy (as best as i can).
It is wonderful to stumble accross these two geniuses who have independantly reached the same conclusions...gerson only came accross budwig late on in his life despite his search for an oil that could be used without re-staring cancer in his patients.
Its also interesting to note that cottage cheese has a very low sodium and a very high potassium content!!
I am a little unsure about the level of physical excercise recommended by these gurus...any help?
