I have been on the Cotler protocol for about 18 months now. That is part of the reason why I figured it was okay to add something new to the mix. Not really sure what to do about the mercury other than continue to take ALA as directed by the protocol which I have been doing consistently

As for ozone making the mercury much worse, I will have to think about it.
