It is just die-off. Get a tea you brew yourself - make sure it has sheep sorrel and burdock. Look for an "essica" type tea. Take as directed or look on the http://www.humaworm.com
website and dose like the Hu-Mana-Tea.

The liver is working hard to remove toxins and dealing with food just taxes it more.
