Thank you actualhealth. I don't have medical insurance so I rely on God, natural medicines and fasting for my health :)
Today is day 8 and I had to break my fast because I couldn't handle the nausea and back pain anymore. At the beginning of the fast I felt great but the last 3 days have been hard with lots of detox symptoms. Weird because usually people experience these symptoms at the beginning of the fast???
I was afraid too much toxins released would damage my kidneys if I kept going. I will try to do an other Water Fast soon :) Thank you all for your suppport! I am so happy I reach day 8 !!! :)
