The milk thistle won't hurt anything - but each of the other protocols contain somewhat similiar chemicals that in the long run could create resistance.

I think if you use small amounts for the 30 days then it might be alright. A little coconut oil - pineapple juice, etc. Just don't use overwhelming amounts.
