I was diagnosed with estrogen dominance in 2001. My obgyn at the time was third-generation vegetarian who supports alternative healing, and is a highly skilled surgeon. She recommended I take EstroBalance which is now called Estrium.
It does contain some non-soy phytoestrogens which claim to modify the effects of circulating estrogen.

At the time, I didn't make the necessary lifestyle changes I should've to manage my endometriosis and to prevent my fibroids from returning. Now that I suffer with terrible chronic fatigue, poor focus and memory loss, I have vowed to restore my health.

Daily affirmations and reading Louise H. Hay's book 'You can Heal your Life', have put me back on the path to complete body wellness. I have some ways to go on this journey but finding continuous modalities towards healing are rewarding.

I recently underwent an Intensive colonic which used Magnetic Pulse Therapy to stimulate the colon. After the second session there was a tremendous release of build up. The colonic and the blood are two key places to start since they both are closely aligned with the liver. I was amazed find my ankles swelling was considerably reduced.
