Avoid soy protein.
Take multi enzymes with every meal
Take probiotics, especially a new one called align probiotic along with any other probiotics or by itself.

Use hydorgene peroxide as a mouthwash. It will kill old bacteria in mouth and throat and leave you with a fresh scent.
