Hi all. Would like to know if anyone here has knowledge from research as to what the best type of water to drink during a fast is to please reply. I am in the latter part of the 6th day of my fast at the moment. I started out drinking distilled water however I've changed over to Fiji bottled water (artesian water) instead. This is because after using my ph strips I found that the distilled water was acidic. I purchased fiji water and found that it was alkaline. Does anyone here have any professional or indirect professional insight as to what water source is better used for the fasting process.
