You can always go on the Doctrine "List" as Totakun mentioned.

I would still use the T2 powered on when in a high EMF area ... well, personally, I'd keep it on me 24/7 but that's me.

When the T2 is powered on, it helps the orgone to be a little more powerful, so to speak. Would change the rechargeable batteries often to help further.

And again, don't forget about the supplements.
