People will more than likely be "concerned." I try not to tell anyone, but of course there are occasions where I have to and I have ended up in tears more than once. They just don't understand, are so brainwashed and don't want to understand, or feel guilty because they know how they're feeding their body is wrong. Stay strong, don't make a big deal of it, and if it comes up it helps to tell them a general idea of what is happening in the body to get rid of toxins and heal. You can do it!! :)
