I thank all of you for taking the time to respond to me!!!
This is kind of what I thought, since there is no digestion involved during a fast I thought drinking lots of water was not necessary, I try to drink 1/2 gallon a day (1.9Liter).
:) Day 5 here, I have a bridal shower tonight at an italian restaurant and I won't be able to eat! How do people react when you tell them you are fasting??
