Hi Dr Lam

For the past 6 months Drs have only tried one treatment on me, antidepressants. I have yet to take them. My question is it feels like my body is "stuck" in fight or flight mode from 4 months of severe stress, so would taking antidepressants flip the switch or is there a better way in your opinion?
